Extreme Fishing Overhaul. Extreme Fishing Overhaul allows you to randomly generate up to 3000+ extra fish in a random location and a random season. This mod works with Level Extender to allow fishing level requirements up to and including level 100. These fish are all randomly generated (Including their names and rarity!!) Considering the number of video games that feature fishing mini-games, we would expect gamers to be true masters in the art of fishing.

This is not the case. But not our fault!

I mean, does pressing buttons rhythmically sound like real-life fishing to you?

The mod is supposedly 1.5 compatible, but the beach map seems to be not "included" in the mod and when you try to fish there, it appears that there is 100% trash. Hi, I've done a Stardew Valley and SMAPI reinstall (to make sure no other mods cause conflict) and the "Teh's Fishing Overhaul" fishing mod has stopped working. Simply when starting the game the error jumps, I don't have to take any other action. According to this page ( https://smapi.io/mods ), the mod still works with the old unofficial update,
